Having to change Key and Scale manually for every song
REAL-TIME AUTO-TUNE, BUILT INTO THE SHOW.
Auto-Tune on Stage.
In Real Time.
Built Around the Song.
Seoul Playback designs per-song Key and Scale settings, section-specific tuning, and vocal-specific FX for the show. We refine them in rehearsal with the artist's live voice and can support show-day operation when it is included in the scope.
We prepare the song's key and scale, then tailor the tuning to the artist.

Great vocal sound
should not depend on
a single manual switch.
Live Auto-Tune is more than switching on a plug-in. The song's Key and Scale, section changes, vocal chain, monitoring path, and setlist all need to work together within the actual show flow.
When settings are spread across multiple devices and team members, even a small change can affect the entire show. We organize that process into one show map before the performance.
Manually switching vocal tones between the Verse, Chorus, and Bridge
Settings falling out of sequence after a last-minute setlist change
Vocal settings that are not clearly shared among the artist, FOH, and monitor teams
Technical switching that distracts artists and engineers during the show
NOT A PRESET. A SHOW SYSTEM.
We design vocal tuning
as part of
the show.
We do more than deliver plug-in settings. We review the current setup, map each song and section, verify it in rehearsal, and carry it through to operation.
Vocal System Audit
We review the artist's vocal style, setlist, existing session, and show environment to define the required tuning scope.
- Current Vocal Chain
- Per-Song Key & Scale
- Microphone & Console Setup
- Current Operating Workflow
Song & Section Map
We organize per-song settings—and, where needed, section-specific settings for verses, choruses, and bridges—into one show map.
- Song Structure
- Section-Specific Tuning
- Setting Change Points
- Exception Sections
Build & Integration
We connect the setlist with per-vocal tuning and post-FX, balancing prepared automation with on-site adjustment to fit the show flow.
- Per-Vocal Tuning & FX
- Per-Song Key & Scale
- Section-Specific Automation
- On-Site Adjustment & Operation
Rehearsal & Operation
We check the live vocals and full signal flow in rehearsal, then continue through show-day operation when it is included in the project scope.
- Preflight
- Rehearsal Refinement
- Team Handoff
- Show-Day Operation
Plug-in compatibility, perceived latency, external hardware, and signal routing are scoped after reviewing the project's actual setup.
Internal automation logic, controller mappings, and detailed routing are not disclosed publicly.
Keep the technology in the background.
Bring the vocals and performance to the foreground.
What clients receive is not a settings screen, but a reusable operating framework for live vocals.
Song-specific
Manage each song's Key and Scale settings from the setlist.
Vocal & section-aware
Design the tuning and FX required for each vocal together with section-level changes.
Less manual work
Reduce repetitive setting changes and checks during the show.
Clear rehearsal
Move quickly between songs and sections to review vocal settings during rehearsal.
Team handoff
Share the required operating scope clearly with FOH and monitor teams.
Artist focus
Help artists focus on their vocals and performance instead of technical changes.
WHO IT’S FOR
For every show
where vocal tuning is
part of the performance.
Solo R&B / Hip-Hop / Pop
Solo-artist shows where each song requires a distinct Key and vocal character
DJ + Artist Set
Shows that need specific per-song vocal settings within a flexible running order
Full Band + Playback
Shows where the band, stems, and vocal system follow the same song structure
Showcase / Festival
Showcases and festivals that require efficient checks within limited rehearsal and soundcheck time
Tour
Tours that need setlist and vocal-setting versions managed across multiple shows
REAL-TIME VOCAL TUNING
What Clients Ask
Before the First Rehearsal.
01Can the Auto-Tune Key change automatically for each song?+
Yes. Key and Scale settings can be managed with the setlist, and section-level changes within a song can be configured when required by the project.
02Can you work with my existing Auto-Tune setup?+
We first review the plug-ins, computer, audio interface, and vocal chain you currently use. We then recommend what to retain or reconfigure based on what can be verified in the actual show environment.
03What latency should I expect?+
Perceived latency depends on the complete path—not just one plug-in—including the computer, buffer, audio interface, console, and monitoring setup. We do not promise a fixed figure in advance; we check it with the actual configuration during rehearsal.
04Does the artist need to change settings?+
No. Seoul Playback builds the system around the songs and setlist and, depending on the project scope, can handle rehearsal and show-day operation.
05What do you provide to FOH and the monitor team?+
Based on the project scope and venue system, we organize the required vocal signal, output, and operating information for the relevant engineers. Sensitive internal settings are not included in public documents.
06Can I enquire close to the show date?+
It depends on the show date, number of songs, and the readiness of the existing session and vocal system. Send us the schedule and current materials, and we will outline what can be completed.
